To narrow down this issue, please try the following steps:
1. Make sure the Autodsicover records has been added at your domain registrar properly. You can refer to “View the AUtodiscover CNAME record ” part in the following article to check the Autodiscover CNAME record: http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/dd875725.aspx#NSLookupCNAME
2. Take a look at the following article to set up this account on Outlook clients again: http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/Dd251217.aspx
If the same issue happens, I’d like to confirm the following information for further troubleshooting:
1.When you say “About spot is no longer there.”, have you upgraded to Office 365 after-upgrade?
2.Did you receive any error message when you failed to set up your Office 365 account using Autodiscover?
If yes, please capture a screenshot of the error message.
3.Which version of Outlook clients are you using, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 or others?
4.Did this issue happen to other users in your organization?
