I am on the phone with them now and he's having me add my account to a PC - it works on a PC. I found out there is a O365 group that deals with Macs specifically but the tech has to review with a couple others before it is sent over to that group. "It could take up to 24 hours" Man, this better get resolved but everyone should push to get it moved to that special department if they haven't already.
