I’m sorry for my delayed reply.
To troubleshoot the issue, I’d like to confirm if all the users in Outlook for Mac and OWA (Outlook Web App) encounter the same issue.
I have done some tests on my side in the After-Upgrade Office 365, and found it’s working fine in OWA. To solve the issue please try the steps below:
- In OWA, please make sure that the meeting organizer and the meeting recipients are set in the same region. For details, please refer to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2298834.
- In Outlook 2011, you can first change the time zone to a different region, then restart Outlook and change it back. To change the region, click Outlook for Mac 2011—click Preferences—click Calendar—click Time Zone, you can then change the time zone there.
