It has all been tried by Microsoft I.T. I physically visited them over eight times. These problems come and go with the days or time of day (so probably not the client).
My smart phone never has a problem connecting to my exchange account and sending or receiving emails.
the repair was tried, then they even choose to re-image my entire Office to office 2013 to see if that would help (It didn't). A couple of weeks ago, as part of the I.T. troubleshooting, I did log onto a co-workers computer (in the same room, so same network) and it did the same thing. A few weeks ago, on one of the many trips to I.T. they had me log into one of their brand new Windows 8 machines to prove my credentials work - the "creating profile" screen just locked up (stopped responding). This was on another wireless network (in the "Commons I.T." on the Redmond campus.)
I have walked to other building (so other wireless networks) and it does the same thing.
