We have the exact issue.
In our case the mailbox has moved from O365 Cloud to on-premise Ex2007 Mailbox server. Now the user can also access his mailbox by connecting to on-premise Ex2007 CAS server.
But, but.....
The hybrid server EMC under "Office365\RecipientConfiguration\MoveRequest" the status still show as Moving.
So George, when you say you can ignore the problem, please tell what do we do to the Move request that still shows the status as moving after 4 days.
