Hi Pete,

Firstly, you need to export all the items from the 3 POP mailboxes to a PST separately.

Also, you can set up the Office 365 account in your Outlook, and then add other accounts to the same Outlook profile.

Finally, import the PST files to the correspondingPOP mailboxes. After that, you can send/receive emails from all the accounts.
