I need to change email addresses for multiple users in my company. Currently they have a firstname@example.com format but we would like to change everyone to firstname.lastname@example.com
I tried updating my own email address using the office 365 admin centre and it seems to have worked and I am currently also getting emails which are sent to my previous address. However, will this continue in perpetuity so that anyone who sends an email to the previous address will still come to my inbox? Is there an auto mapping feature which does this automatically?
