Hi Vivian. Can you explain why unique domains can not have the same email identifier. I have the similar situation in that I have two verified domains in my 365 setup - Domain1.com and Domain2.com. These are different organizational units / companies. I want to have a shared inbox for each of the companies: e.g. info@domain1.com and info@domain2.com.
That is such a common configuration... why is this not possible with Office 365?
