Hi Joery,

Since you are using Office 365 P1 after upgrade, I suggest you follow the steps below to assign a license to a shared mailbox:
1. Install and configure Windows PowerShell.
2. Connect Windows PowerShell to the Exchange Online.
3. Run "Set-Mailbox -identity sharedmailbox -Type regular".
4. Login to Office 365 Portal.
5. Go to "users & group".
6. Assign an Exchange Online license to the shared mailbox.
