To be honest I didn't seem to be getting any answers here. Maybe I didn't explain my question clearly, or maybe I am asking in the wrong place?
Like many small business owners I have bought a couple of memorable domain names so that I can advertise easy to use email addresses. I also filter emails in Outlook depending on which email address was used.
My problem, very simply, is that I receive emails from these email addresses without any problem, but I cannot reply using these same email addresses!
All I want to be able to do it so send emails showing my own email addresses, rather than " nigel @mydomian.onmicrosoft.com "
If I really wanted a generic email address or domain name I would sign up for a Hotmail account or Gmail.
I now find that if I try to add 'dummy' POP3 addresses to Outlook it insists on creating another PST file, and then downloads the entire contents of my Exchange mailbox!
Maybe we can start again?
Best regards,
Nigel.
