Re: HTML emails become rich text when copied to other folders.

Hi Jake,

I moved some emails from the sub-folder of inbox to the archive mailbox as a test, and the HTML emails display correctly.

I'd like to confirm the following things:

1. Did you copy individual emails or some folders to the archive mailbox?
2. Does this issue occur on Outlook Web App (OWA) or the Outlook client?
3. When you say "Not sure if the new upgraded OWA/O365 is causing it", have you received any notifications or emails that say the service upgrade of your Office 365 tenant is completed?

If possible, please provide a screenshot about the current situation for further troubleshooting.
