To solve the issue effectively, I’d like to confirm more information:
1. Do you mean that when an email is sent to foo@, all users can receive it?
2. What do you mean by saying “I have now installed outlook on our local server”? Is it an Outlook client or Exchange Server?
3. What is the current email system, Office 365 or other email services?
I am a little confused about the rule that redirect emails from john@ and jane@ to foo@. If an email is redirected from a@ to b@ and then it is redirected from b@ to a@ again. It can be a loop which will disturb the mail flow in Office 365. Could you please provide details about the requirement you need? Maybe I can find some solutions meet it.
