Yes, sorry had more pressing matters yesterday.
1) Yes I am logged on as the Admin user that was setup when the account was created.
2) The Exchange Admin Center does not appear to be available, perhaps this is another feature missing in Office 365 Small Business? (See my screen shot below).
3) Yes, originally I had tried this on a client computer before using my own.
