I can't seem to find much information how exactly Forefront integrates with Office 365 and how to get started. I have an outside contractor who is having about 1/3 of his emails bounced back for anti-spam reasons when he sends to Office 365 users and it is not clear on the NDR which system is rejecting the message.
Concerning ForeFront. When I go to ForeFront through the Office 365 Admin portal I can see that my domain is setup, but I have no users listed and message tracing never returns anything.
Do I need to add my Office 365 users to the ForeFront config?
Is there something special to tracking down a message in ForeFront?
