yes, you just have to change your DNS records to point to Office 365 services
to get the details, go to the Office 365 administration portal
click on the Domain section on the left
If you Internet domain is not listed, click on the Add button and follow the wizard - you will have to create a specific record to allow Office 365 to check you are indeed the owner of the domain
then (or if your Internet domain is listed) click on the DNS settings option after selecting your domain, you will get all DNS records details to be set
!!!!! for the mail, don't forget to add your email address to your account by default you only have a @xxxxx.onmicrosoft.com email address
