Using Exchange Online, I cannot create a rule to forward my email to several people. I created a group and tried to setup an inbox rule on all messages. I get the following error.

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: identity
I also cannot just forward the email. It won't allow multiple recipients. Any help would be appreciated.
