Hi Mh_rhr,
I would like to clarify the current situation, since info@domain.com is listed as a secondary email address (is it a proxy address?) for the president, she whose email address is presidentsname@domain.com can receive the email even if it is sent to info@domain.com, and you want the info@domain.com autoreply the mail. If my understanding is right, you can achieve this goal via the steps below:
1. Go to Exchange admin center.
2. Recipient> mailboxes. Double click the user, chose email address> double click the proxy address (info@domain.com). Click the Make this the reply address.
3. Click Outlook> settings (it’s a gear icon)>options>organize email>automatic replies.
4. Choose send automatic replies.
Thanks,
April Zhou
