Hi. I use Office 365 / Outlook.com email to access email to a personal domain. It works well for me for many reasons, except one. For some reason, I have a lot of "false positive" spam attribution. This means, I have to watch my junk mail carefully to not miss important correspondence.
Thankfully, I don't get much spam in this account, so I turned off spam filtering at both the end-user level on web mail as well as in the exchange options. Still, I get non spam emails designated as spam.
Any thoughts on what else I can do to stop the filtering? In my Outlook dash, there's a graphic that shows the amt of email that has been delivered and the percent that has been filtered. See attached. So perhaps there is a setting I have missed?
Thx
