Re: Emails in Shared Inbox Disappearing.

Hi Michael,

Since the shared inbox is used by three times the users in the original ticket, for us to know the detailed troubleshoot steps you taken, would you please send us the SERVICE REQUEST number via private message?
Here are the steps to check the private message:
1. Go to "Your details" section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private messages.
3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
