Re: Office 365 and Outlook.com send issue

i can't open FOPE Mail Quarantine because i receive this message "You do not have permission to access this application." i found the resolution from this KB support.microsoft.com/.../2587698 but i've only one email address so i've not resolved my issue.

i can open general FOPE and i found the email report:

From IP address: 85.18.95.67 <unknown>

To IP address: N/A

Filtering results: Marked for Spam Quarantine

Delivery result: Delivered to Spam Quarantine

i tried to insert the IP address into allow rules but doesn't works

any solutions?
