Hello there,

We are Office 365 transitioning from Lotus Notes and I have a couple of users that after migration we attempted to install Outlook 2010 client. The login UPN name for these users have the first letter of their first name and last name in capitals. In the process of setting up Outlook it could not get pass the process and cannot authenticate the user. We changed the login name/UPN to all lower case and set up was completed without a hitch. My question is, in the Office 365---do you know if the UPN login name is case-sensitive somehow??? I did not think login names are case sensitive in Office 365, but I wanted to confirm this. Let me know please.

Sincerely,
