Thank you for your reply. It seems easy enough, yes? After working in IT for 18 years, something as basic as this you think I would get. The problem is I cannot log into my Outlook.com account because it says I have an existing Office365 account. It tells me to log out. When I try to log out, it says I cannot because I have an existing Outlook.com account. It is caught in an endless loop. I guess you cannot have an Outlook.com account that is the same email address as your Office 365 account. Does anyone have any suggestions?
