My whole company is facing problems to access e-mails by OWA and Outlook.
It means that more than 250 people are unable to send and receive e-mails, unable to do business and then loosing a lot of money.
At my ADMIN account I can see 1 reported problem as below:

This problem started 2 hours ago and so far... nothing solved!
Can we still believe in balancing, redundancy and reliability of the service? I don't think so.
