1. Can the user receive mails from other senders?
2. Can other users in your organization receive mails from the sender?
3. Could you please ask the sender whether there is any NDRs (Non-Delivery Report)? If yes, could you please provide me with them for investigation?

• Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
• Click Private messages.
• Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
• You can reply by using the form on this display.
• Click Submit Reply.
