I’ve done another test on it.
I pretended to test it in the same situation with you, but I can’t sign up an msn.com account now. So I signed up a hotmail.com account for testing (I configured two Office 365 accounts in one profile last time). Then I found what the difference was. No matter what account is the primary account, the initially displayed contacts in People are always from the Office 365 account.
Tests and results are as follows:
Test 1. Added the Office 365 account firstly, and the Hotmail account secondly. And then deleted the Office 365 account leaving the Hotmail account in the profile. At last, added the Hotmail account back to the profile. The initially displayed contacts in People are from the Office 365 account.
Test 2. Added the Hotmail account firstly, and the Office 365 account secondly. The initially displayed contacts in People are from the Office 365 account, too.
According to the current situation, we recommend you submit a feedback to let the engineers take this issue into consideration.
