Hi GVadmin,

Thanks for your detailed NDR.
To narrow down the root cause of the issue, I’d like to confirm some more details:
1.  Can this user send emails to robert.walther@gmail.com before?
2.  Can this user send emails to other Gmail recepients?
3.  Can other users in your company send emails to robert.walther@gmail.com?

I can infer from the NDR that Gmail has treated that email as spam. Maybe the subject “Congratulations! You have won a Prize in the Golden Club 'Captain Phillips' Bonus Draw” is against Gmail’s spam filtering policy. If this is the case, please try to send him another test emails with common subjects and contents.
Or maybe a large amount of emails has been sent to Gmail in a very short time through that IP address, so it is blocked by Gmail.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1.  Please try to send another email to robert.walther@gmail.com from that user,
2.  Please try to send that email from other users.
3.  If you are sure that email is not spam, please try to ask Gmail to add that email address or IP address to the white list.
