Hi Mike724,
I’d like to confirm if you are using Office 365 Small Business account. The cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. And we can refer to the following steps to cancel it:
1. Remove domains if you have added your own domain to use with the Office 365 account.
2. Save your data.
3. Cancel:
1) Sign into Office 365 portal -> Click Manage and purchase licenses under licenses.
2) On the Licenses page, choose the name of your plan.
3) On the Subscription details page, choose Cancel this subscription, and then follow the instructions.
For details, please refer to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-suite-help/cancel-my-subscription-HA104043297.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA103834906
If you have tried the steps above, but the subscription cannot be canceled, and if you do not see a Cancel option on the Subscription details page, please contact our Sales and Billing Support to cancel your subscription at the back-end directly.
Thanks,
April Zhou
