I would like to add to my post of earlier that the problem has repeated itself but with two emails from another source not showing on my mobile, but showing on gmail and my PC Outlook 365, but this time not showing on Outlook.com.
A further another email from the same source later shows on all devices, So....no consistency in how the emails are filtered.
I will have to start checking all email from now on and keep a closer record.
