Outlook 2010
I have 3 accounts running (Exchange and 2 pop3's)
The contact folders seemed to multiply after I added the Exchange account (365). Some are empty, but other than the 2 associated with the pop accounts, I can't say for sure what the others are related to. Their contents don't tie into any of my accounts.
There are also 9 "suggested contacts" folders - I've no idea where they came from or why they're there.
The delete option for the empty folders and some suggested contacts is grayed out and inaccessible. Some suggested contacts folders, the delete option is available but does nothing and doesn't give me any error message.
What's the procedure for consolidating all of this mess into one contacts folder and deleting everything else? That's all I want to know.
