Your understanding of my issue is quite correct . However here we are 5 days later and I still cannot attach anything. I get no error message so a screen dump won't help. This is clearly an issue quite frequently with Microsoft - I have seen various moans and groans from people saying it does not work. I am a domestic user so do not know whether anyone else is impacted or not nor do I know who my administrator is. I can try and go to my broadband provided (from whom I get my email account) but they will siempy, I am sure, say this is a Microsoft problem. So what do I do now??
This is becoming a major pain in the backside!
