I've realised this problem only occurs when trying to access email from my mobile phone (Samsung Galazy SIII). There isn't a problem when I access this from my home computer. I've tried accessing this on my mobile through a few different pathways but always get the same result (when going through my university's link or logging in directly through the office 365 main page).
I think the plan is Office 365 for business, but I can't seem to locate any other information (doesn't come up in settings).
I've taken a screenshot but there is no option here to attach an image?
