I have a client using Exchange in Office365, who wants to share contacts with their domain. We have multiple domains in our account, but they are separate businesses. I can use Outlook to share contacts, but we never see the shared contacts in the web interface. If we use the global address list, it will be shared with the other domains. The calendar sharing seems to work fine, and we see them in the web interface, but there does not seem to be a way to view the shared contacts.
The other issue is that once I have the shared contacts, we can't use it as an address book in Outlook anyhow. If we copy from the shared contacts to local contacts, we can use it as an address book, but now we have multiple copies, and can't edit one list.
Should we be using a public folder for contacts?
Thanks for any assistance.
