I am not receiving all my emails. I can receive email from other @NCT.... employees, but am not receiving email from anyone outside of our network. I am testing by sending to my m.outlook account from my gmail address and it never arrives. No error messages on either side. Any ideas?
A second issue is regarding my Windows8 phone. I have email and calendar set up. When I try to log into the Office 365 it says I need to set it up. When I enter my username etc. it says it is already set up. Any suggestions there? I am not overly technical so simple answers work best for me.
