Hi,
I'm trying to connect Outlook 2013 to my Office 365 email account and for that I need to know my ActiveSync server name. The instructions here: http://office.microsoft.com/client/15/help/home?Shownav=true&lcid=2057&ns=O365PROADMIN&ver=15&services=MCOLITE%2cSHAREPOINTLITE%2cEXCHANGE_L_STANDARD&HelpID=O365P_MobileAccessEAS say:
-If the POP server name is in the format podxxxxx.outlook.com, use m.outlook.com as the Exchange ActiveSync server name.
-If the POP server name includes your organization’s name, for example, pop.contoso.com, your Exchange ActiveSync server name is the same as your Outlook Web App server name, without the /owa. For example, if the address you use to access Outlook Web App is https://mail.contoso.com/owa, your Exchange ActiveSync server name is mail.contoso.com.
Well, my POP server name is "outlook.office365.com" which doesn't fit into either of those two categories. hence, I do not know what my ActiveSync server name is. Can someone perhaps tell me?
thanks in advance
Jamie Thomson
