Hi Komkrit,

Go to Outlook web app, and in the browser address bar, remove everything after outlook.com and replace with ecp. OK, now hit enter and it will take you into the exchange admin center ( you may want to save the link to this for the future), now clcik on resources and then hit the add button and select room mailbox, when the window open fill in the info you want.
