Firstly I have no idea how to reply directly to you. The email I received is from a noreply address. I cannot reply to you, only to myself on this thread so here I am doing that. Please tell me how I can best reply to you or if this is the correct way.
Second the rules stopped working around the time of an upgrade but I cannot say exactly how it was related (whether they stopped before or after the announced upgrade). The rules were applied to incoming messages in my inbox, some triggered based on text in the title, some on sender address. they all moved mails to folders created under my mailbox. Most were created in Outlook on the desktop, but some where created later on owa and do not work. Out of about 8 rules, one or two still run. New rules do not run automatically regardless where created. All rules still work if run manually. I am the only one out of our 8 or so users with the problem.

I tried to use powershell and managed to get a session but the commands did not work. I suspect I need to install some more plug ins or cmdlets to powershell but I dont know much about this level of operation of MS365 and dont really feel I ought to.
