Okay, my Office 365 upgrade completed last night. My problem with users only seeing the blue bar instead of meeting details has been resolved. On-premise users can now see meeting details. The only remaining problem is display room capacity. The room capacity is blank in the rooms list when displayed by on-premise users. The room capacity is part of the resource record when logging into the Office 365 portal and checking the resource. Office 365 users see a default address book view (which does not include the capacity column) when displaying the rooms list. Any suggestions?
