To manually configure user account in Outlook 2013, please select Microsoft Exchange Server or compatible server when clicking Manual setup or additional server types.
In terms of the situation, run the “Get-Mailbox contoso@domain.com |fl Name, ExchangeGuid”
to achieve the server name.
Then enter the information like “e9983645-a13a-4334-8003-4f841d055318@yourdomain.com” under the server name like the following screenshot.

Moreover, generally, we recommend Auto Account Setup to configure the user account in Outlook. 2013. If you still couldn’t setup user account in Outlook 2013, please try testing the Outlook connection with Outlook Anywhere under Remote Connectivity Analyzer (Click Office 365>Outlook Anywhere under Microsoft Office Outlook Connectivity Tests).
