Ah - very clever Microsoft support ploy to highlight Google's LACK of support (no one to contact to ask the question, but you knew that, right?). Anyway, I use the GMail account to connect to my business e-mail server (flammconsulting.com - the e-mail service runs on a LAMP server, so it's pretty generic compared to outlook.Office365) and it works just fine - so either Gmail is messing with the connection to Office365, or Office365 is responding incorrectly to the connection request from Google. There's no way for me to figure this out - is there an admin at Office365 who can research it and get back to me?
