Hi Cass,
Where will the auto-reply email be sent, via the OOF setting in Office 365 or somewhere else?
If the auto-reply is sent vie the OOF setting, rules won’t be applied. Therefore, it’s unfeasible.
If anything is misunderstood, please correct me.
Best Regards,
Bruce
I would like to do this in the admin section of Exchange. I have Rights Management Service.
I would like to give my clients an option to securely email me from my website. I created a button that opens an email message and want to set up an auto-reply using Office365 encryption. All of my tests have resulted in an unencrypted auto-reply. I want to be sure this is done on the server, so I do not have to leave Outlook open all the time.
Is this possible?
Thank you.
1. Certificate is good until 8/2015.
2. [PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-ReceiveConnector allow2013 | fl name,tlscertificatename
Name : Allow2013
TlsCertificateName :
3. Inbound connector in office 365 : <I>CN=Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2, OU=certs.godaddy.com/repository, O="GoDaddy.com, Inc.", L=Scottsdale, S=Arizona, C=US<S>CN=mail.domain.com, OU=Domain Control Validated
4. outbound connector in office 365 : TLS certificate name:
mail.domain.com
5. There is no NDR because user is sending and the message is going no where. If you see my original post it shows the error I see in the message trace from Office 365.
Hi,
I am having trouble with a new setup of Office 365 and my first test mailbox i have moved from on prem to office 365. This is an Exchange 2013 hybrid deployment.
I am getting the following message in the trace when sending messages from my O365 test user that I migrated.
Reason: 450 4.7.0 Proxy session setup failed on Frontend with '451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "454 4.7.5 Certificate validation failure, Reason:SubjectMismatch." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts.
The test user can receive messages just fine.
Is there anything I can look at to resolve this?
Thanks
James
Hi Mike,
To better understand the issue, I would like to collect the following information:
1. Which Office 365 Plan are you using?
2. Are there any others who cannot send emails to the associate either?
3. If the error code you provided here is not a complete one, could you please provide the complete one for further analysis?
In order to protect your privacy, I’ve sent you a private message to collect the complete error message. And you’ll see it by clicking Private messages under your details section in the upper-right corner.
With the detailed information, we will do further research for you. Your time and efforts will be appreciated.

Every time I try to send my associate an email, I get a System Administrator Undeliverable message immediately. I've checked with my server, they say its internal in my Outlook, they are not blocking. I can send emails to anyone else. I can get emails from them. I can send him emails from my Android. No error code, just
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
Server error: 'Invalid recipient'
No idea why I can no longer send him emails, any work around?
Exactly this is the problem, Do you have Group Policies applied on Systems?
How many systems are affected, Please try the below steps & update the results.

Hi Skatz,
I understand that it is sort of inconvenience for you. To better understand your situation, could you let us know how you use the group function to create a shared calendar? If possible, please provide some detailed steps so that we can reproduce it on our side.
Regarding “every user recieves a handful of messages to let them know this is happening”, could you also provide some examples of this kind of messages for further analysis? In order to protect your privacy, I’ve sent you a private message to collect them. And you’ll see it by clicking Private messages under your details section in the upper-right corner.
Your understanding and cooperation will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Richard
Firsty, I appologise if this is in the wrong place.
We recently started using Office 365 and in particular the Group function to create a shared calendar.
I have found a way to have this sync down to everyone's iPads onto the native calendar app, but it seems that whenever myself or the office create a new event, every user recieves a handful of messages to let them know this is happening.
As we are a school and have various events happening each day, staff have started to complain about the amount of mail they are receiving.
My ultimate question is, is there any way to put an event into the shared calendar and have it sync to user's calendars without any notifications, almost invisible in the background?
Many thanks.
Thanks Kingson,
Due to security restriction I am limited to what I can answer, but will do my best.
It seems anybody who is given full access to the rooms has this problem. I added myself today to go through testing and I haven't stopped being bothered since.
I have tried removing credentials from credential manager and also tried recreating my outlook profile, but still getting the same outcome.
All end users, including myself are running on Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit and using O365 on an E3 plan. The roombox is also created within exchange online.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Ben
Hello,
I have a problem with 2x created Room lists to end users Outlook profile prompted to enter credentials. This only started a week or so ago, however I am no further forward resolving this.
Strangely enough, the password pop up prompted for the end users O365 account credentials, which when entered prompted to enter the room list password. Clicking cancel disconnected the end user from the exchange server with Outlook showing Disconnected: NEED PASSWORD. When left clicking, Outlook would reconnect with no issue, however Outlook would soon prompt for the password again. This is causing frustration and delay in e-mail delivery to the end user.
Removing end users access to the room list stopped the password promting, however when I re added them the password prompting started again
The Room lists are created within Exchange online and the end users have full permissions. I removed the room list I am having issues with and the password prompted stopped.
Hoping somone can help me out on this one,
Best Regards,
Ben Nicholls

I know that I have the permissions I asked my boss who has top admin o365 credentials to setup a test on his side but same result happens
Hi Jonathan,
As an Office 365 admin, you can add additional email aliases to a user by editing the user’s account. You must have Office 365 admin permissions to add an email alias to a user account.
Note: Additional email aliases are not mailboxes. Email sent to an additional email alias arrives in the user’s Inbox. There are no fees associated with additional email aliases.
For more detailed information, please refer to the article: Add an email alias to a user account
You can also use the EAC or the Shell to add or remove an email address for a user mailbox.
To do this, please refer to the following steps:
1. Log into the Office 365 admin center.
2. Click on Exchange. or go to the following URL to access EAC: https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/
3. In the EAC, navigate to Recipients > Mailboxes.
4. In the list of user mailboxes, click the mailbox that you want to add an email address to, and then click Edit .
5. On the mailbox properties page, click Email Address.
6. Click Add , and then click SMTP to add an SMTP email address to this mailbox.
7. Type the new SMTP address (user@contoso.com) in the Email address box, and then click OK.
The new address is displayed in the list of email addresses for the selected mailbox.
8. Click Save to save the change.

Moreover, regarding “Also need to be able to redirect other user to single license/user”, could you please provide us with detailed information about the requirement, so that we can further assist you?

Thank you very much
Hi
I know this is probably really simple, but I am struggling.
I have a Business Premium subscription and add on of Exchange Online (Plan 1) as I was told this is what I needed for 2 users and then I could create alias's which would redirect (alias's need to be: accounts@ and contact@). MY problem is that I cant see how to assign alias's in dashboard (let alone how to redirect). Also need to be able to redirect other user to single license/user
Basic I know, all help gratefully received.
thanks
Hi Jose,
I would like to know which Office 365 plan you are using.
Do you mean that empty the Deleted Items folder each time you sign out Outlook Web App? If so, to set up Outlook Web App to empty the Deleted Items folder each time you sign out.
