Dear Kevin

Thanks for the message. I can confirm that Outlook Web App is working fine (after the upgrade).  I can confirm that I use the appropriate credentials. I have also looked at the link you sent to me, and none of the problems apply to me. Nothing in Office 365 is running slowly. My problem is that the server shows as disconnected. This is true with my old profile, and with the new profile which I have entered. No working server since the upgrade began,17th March.
