If I had to guess, I would think that the new version (new servers?) of Exchange Online for O365 uses certain protocols or communication that was previously-unused with the older 'orange' version. Since we had all been working fine prior to the upgrade, the issue went unnoticed, but now that we are on the new version the issue is showing itself. I just wish they would find out WHICH updates we are missing that are causing the issue. My clients all have Important updates applied automatically via Group Policy, but if these updates are Optional or Recommended, then they may not have the updates. Would be easier if they could narrow it down to certain KBs so I could just send out a blast email with those links and instructions for users to install. Rather than touch each machine and installing ALL available optional/recommended updates. That could have adverse affect on other software....
