I just got back into the office and looked at your tips, these are the things we do here as standard operating procedure when we have a problem. All of these were completed by myself before I opened a ticket, they did not help. Suddenly a couple of days after I submitted the ticket the problems cleared up and so far have not come back. I have to assume that at this point something was done on that end that cleared up the problem. Also our upgrade was completed on 3-20-2013 and the problems were not apparent until 4-29-2013. We did have a few occurrences of Outlook disconnecting and needing to be restarted before 4-29 but it was readily resolved each time by restarting Outlook, and again a rare occurrence.
