First off, thank you Microsoft for completely screwing up my entire staffs email and Operating Systems.
Most of our machines are brand new, running Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 professional. The low end machines have i5 processors with a minimum of 4GB memory and 32bit OS. Our high end machines have i7 or better processors with 32GB memory and 64bit OS. So our issues is not compatibility or systems.
After everyone was booted off of our Outlook emails accounts and after multiple attempts to reinstall. Outlook refuses to recognize server names, usernames and email addresses.
We have been a loyal user of Microsoft products for years and have been on Office 365 from the Beta stage. Microsoft's need to roll out a product that wasn't ready is costing my company literally thousands of dollars everyday. There is zero satisfactory customer support from Microsoft.
The integration absolutely sucks! There is no excuse for this. Microsoft has cost us dozens of hours of downtime. Loss of data and loss of productivity.
The problem is: Outlook will not recognize any legit server names or user names and will not sync with the OWA, and yes we have tried every freaking tutorial and read the forums! We have uninstalled and re-installed the Office 2010 and 2013 products multiple times. On 3 of our systems it caused a total crash and the need to re-install the OS and all software, not cheap.
If anyone has a real solution please let us know what it is. Otherwise, we are done paying for something that does not work and we will be done with Office 365.
