I posted an earlier question and someone suggested connecting my accounts. Thought this would work, but it hasn't. I think the problem may be that my Exchange online account has the exact same email name as my previous gmail account. It is a business email address for my business. No IT person, just me. My gmail account used my domain name, I went into my domain hosting site and changed the MX files to make everything Exchange online so I think that may be blocking any connection to the gmail account. I can send from to the gmail account but all mail sent to the address comes to the exchange account.
Not sure what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? I cannot find any instructions on Google on migrating their accounts to Exchange, only from Exchange to Google.
