I'd like to confirm two things:
1. Do you mean that you want to change the name displayed in the upper-right corner which looks like the screenshot below:
 
2. Are you using Office 365 Small Business?

If this is the scenario, I would suggest you follow these steps:
1. Login to Office 365 Admin Center (http://portal.microsoftonline.com/)
2. Click Add users, reset passwords, and more under users & groups.

3. Select the account and click the edit icon.
4. Modify the First name, Last name, Display name and click save.
