Hi Tom,

Thanks for providing the domain information for us. Based on my check, I found that the required DNS records have not been added into the domain hosting page.

You also can check the DNS records from the link below:

network-tools.com/nslook

To find the required DNS records, please refer to the steps below:

1.Log into Office 365.

2.Click domains.

3.Select the your vanity  domain,

4.Click “view DNS settings”.

5.Click “view DNS records”.

6.Then, go to the domain hosting page, add these records. You also can contact the hosting provider to help you add these records.
