Thanks for your detailed updates. I understand the error message is logged in the Issue Sync folder. I would like to confirm the following things based on the updates:
1. What do you mean by saying “The only entry shown in the Offline Global Address List location is me.”? Do you mean there is only one user in the organization?
2. Can you see the only one user in Outlook’s Offline Address Book (OAB)?
According to the test result. The OAB URL is obtained from the server successfully. If the OAB works in Outlook which means the organization users are listed in the OAB, please feel relieved to use it. And the OAB is synced once every 24 hours. The error logged in the Issue Sync folder can be caused by many factors such as a temporary network issue or temporary server access issue.
