Re: No message in email

Hi PPY,

According to my understanding, you have received emails with no contents. Please correct me if I have misunderstood you.

To narrow down the cause, could you please perform the steps below to see if the issue persists:
1. Add the sender into your safe list then let the sender send the same emails to you, please refer to this: Block or allow.
2. If there is any anti-virus software running on your computer, temporarily stop the anti-virus protection or shut down the software. Also ask the sender to send the emails again.
