Based on the current situation, could you please create a new Outlook profile with only one Exchange online account for test purpose? We should make sure it is working in Office 365. With multiple accounts(POP and Exchange account) set up in Outlook client, the issue including how to find the view setting store path can be related to the Outlook client feature. We have a group dedicated to dealing with this kind of issue, I recommend you post the issue to the Microsoft Office forum. This will help us solve the issue more quickly.
